Stunning Venue – 03/24
We are so glad that we chose Deer Creek Golf Club for our wedding venue. We worked with Hailey in the sales office, and she was awesome. She was so friendly, helpful and responsive. She’s the best! The staff and Gisele for the day of were great. We had our ceremony by the waterfall and it was stunning! The ballroom is gorgeous, and we received a lot of compliments on the delicious food. Hailey, thank you so much for all that you did for us. We highly recommend Deer Creek Golf Club.

Secret gem
I am so pleased we decided to have our special day at Deer Creek. It is such a beautiful venue, from the arbor to the waterfall, to the beautiful reception room. I mainly worked with Hailey in the catering department who was SUPER responsive and just fantastic. The staff the day of the wedding were all wonderful, and Gisele the day of the wedding was super helpful and accommodating. I would book this venue a thousand times over!

We originally had another venue booked.
It unfortunately closed due to Covid. Luckily we had the pleasure of booking with Deer Creek! From the day we went to look at the venue, to the very end of our big day they were nothing but absolutely amazing. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere. I don’t have 1 bad thing to say about the venue or the people working with us. Sarah is head of catering and Hailey is her assistant. Both very easy to get ahold of through phone or email. We had changes left and right due to cancellations and they worked with every single change without blinking an eye! Gisele was our day of coordinator and from the tasting to the end of the wedding, she was fantastic! Luc was even a super sweet guy the times he was present helping Gisele etc. Every single person we have encountered at Deer Creek was upstanding, professional, and very very nice. I HIGHLY recommend you book here!!!

My wedding was truly beautiful
I toured about 5 venues prior to deer creek, all on the beach/intracoastal. In my mind, the perfect FL wedding is on the beach. I was wrong..the perfect first look is on the beach. My experience with the other venues that were on the beach were all overseen because of crap menus, crap ballrooms or crap policies.Deer Creek is such a gorgeous country club. The outside where I held my ceremony is truly breath taking. The ballroom is magnificent, the menu items are delicious..seriously I could have eaten nothing but hors d’oeuvres and been happy. The price point is very very fair. To my upcoming brides and grooms…make sure to utilize this lovely space with the right floral and decor company..you will be blown away no matter what your style is. Sarah and Giselle, thank you for everything.

Honestly, best decisions I made for my wedding…
The moment I tried the food in Deer Creek a few years back I knew that when I got married I would be here. So I did just that and made arrangements to get married at Deer Creek. Honestly, best decisions I made for my wedding. Jessica and Sarah helped me with preparations for the wedding and they were so accommodating to my wedding vision. Giselle who was my day of coordinator and her team executed my wedding itinerary flawlessly and made my Chinese American dream wedding a reality. She also anticipates all my questions before I even asked them and I was able to enjoy my wedding without worrying. Jessica, Sarah, Giselle, and everyone on their team are amazing to work with and I didn’t have much to worry about the day of my wedding.

Gorgeous wedding venue!
We had the most beautiful wedding at Deer Creek Golf Club! I chose to do a destination wedding and I booked this venue without even seeing it. It is even better in person. Every guest absolutely loved everything about this place. The food and drinks are very good- everyone loved the appetizers. We did a plated dinner- the filet mignon was a favorite and comparable to a high end steak house. Sarah, Gizelle and Jessica made the overall experience and planning stress free. They did a WONDERFUL job. I am so happy I chose to do my wedding here. It was a perfect day! Thank you!

I cannot say how much I truly appreciate the staff at Deer Creek. Sarah, Giselle, Jessica & the entire team here made everything so easy and seamless and ensured that our wedding was a truly special event. The venue was absolutely gorgeous and made for some truly beautiful photos that we will treasure forever. The food was delicious and well portioned and the selection of not only food options but also vendors was wonderful. I had a splendid wedding ceremony and reception at Deer Creek. The event team were always very friendly, available, and opened to work with me. The are very flexible to work with and they accommodate all my special requests. They did stuff even beyond my expectations to make my day extra special. The director was so helpful, she went the extra mile when i mistakingly order 3 linens and it supposed to be 6 (I found out I ordered the wrong amount of linens the day before wedding at 7pm). She offered her self to go and pick them up for me so I didn’t have to worry about adding an extra errand to my already fully-scheduled day. Also, the service team were super nice and always making sure everything was taking care of at all times, with any request from my guests when serving dinner, bringing drinks, and constantly check on everyone if they need anything, always with a big smile 😀 Everything was on point. I’m so glad i have them as my event venue. The experience went smooth and I felt their support since day 1 till the very end of wedding date, all the way!

Best day ever!
Wedding planning during a pandemic had me at a total loss. However, when I met Sarah Statler that all changed. We clicked instantly and she helped me decide to switch venues to Deer Creek Country Club and boy am I glad I did. She was with me every step of the way along with Jessica Shapiro, her assistant. They assisted me with everything from specialty linen to what nail color I should have for my wedding day. When I toured the venue I instantly fell in love. The main ballroom with the beautiful chandeliers and now newly renovated wood floors took my breath away. We knew we wanted an outdoor ceremony and when I saw the lush gardens with the waterfall in the background I knew this would be the perfect place to get married. I got married last Saturday and all of the guests are raving about how beautiful our wedding was! Giselle, the day of coordinator, along with Sarah and Jessica, were the DREAM TEAM. They made sure my day went seamlessly. We had an issue with a family member and they handled it very professionally. The food was amazing! Giselle ensured that I had everything we needed and I actually was full on my wedding day from all of the delicious food. I can honestly say my wedding was perfect! If you want a perfect day too I highly suggest you get married here. I can’t thank the staff at Deer Creek enough!

“I was MOH at a wedding here on March 12, 2021, and wow. First of all, I’m more of a planner than the bride so I was involved in every step of the process. Sarah and Jessica were amazing. They catered to every wild question and demand without any complaints. Being the first of our friends to get married, the bride was nervous but Sarah held her hand through every decision. It came out perfect. The vendors they support and recommended were also amazing like Ron wood photography and DJ, honey bunches for flowers, and Nicole from Astoria beauty. Every detail was executed perfectly. Day of coordinator was Giselle and WOW. You can go without a wedding planner because she caters to every need. She spends every second on the day of making sure every detail is perfect and exactly what you dreamed. She also ensured the bride, groom and wedding party had every drink, food and support they could have needed. Florida (I think was her name) was another staff member and acted as Giselle’s right hand and she was incredible as well, so on the ball. If this review wasn’t enough to convince you to get married there, I should share that I too am now getting married there, that’s how well it went. If you are military, this is also definitely the place for you, ask what they can do to show their support.”

We had the most incredible experience having our wedding at Deer Creek Country Club. The Director couldn’t have been more kind and helpful in such a stressful time. We found most of our vendors in the Deer Creek Booklet we received when we booked our venue. Our photographer, videographer, and DJ became like family, they were so involved in the process starting a year prior, up until the day we said I DO, and we are still in touch to this day! Our “day of” coordinator, which was included in our package, was a heaven sent, truly amazing, the day went so smoothly because of her. Our wedding was magical, a day we will never forget. The Most Perfect Venue for Our Dream Wedding! The most important detail in a wedding is the VENUE, which took us a long time to find. We had been to about 6 different venues before making our last stop at Deer Creek Country Club and knew IT WAS THE ONE! When I walked into the reception, it took my breath away. From the beautiful white french doors to the chandeliers, to the beautiful outside waterfall, I knew it was the place we wanted to say I Do. Ty (Director of Catering) and Gisele (Catering Manager) are hands down the BEST BEST BEST duo I could have ever asked for. Ty and Gisele were both professional, kind, attentive, accommodating, everything you expect wedding venue staff to be. I am a bit of a control freak and a perfectionist, but Ty & Gisele made it so easy for me to just let go of control and enjoy my day. Everything I asked for was done to pure perfection from the biggest to the smallest detail. We had a situation at the hotel I was getting ready at and ran over an hour late but Gisele took care of it all with keeping everyone calm, organized and on schedule. The food was AMAZING, our wedding guests are all still talking about how delicious the filet & chicken was. I highly recommend DEER CREEK for any couple looking for a place for a wedding or any type of event. I look forward to having more special occasions there. I fell in love with this venue the moment I walked in. From the start, I already pictured my husband and I getting married outside. Not only is everything beautiful, but everyone is so sweet. On my wedding day, Marina and Gisele treated me like an actual queen. They helped me with everything! I can’t even describe how I felt, but I know I wouldn’t have been treated this way if I chose another venue. This place is one of a kind with one of a kind people. The food was incredible and all of my guests had a wonderful time. I just knew that I had to write this review to thank Gisele, Marina, and Luc. We got married at Deer Creek in December 2017 and it was fantastic. The process was very smooth and they were very helpful and accommodating. On the day of the wedding, Gisele and Marina were fantastic! They were very helpful with the day of events and everything was executed greatly. Gisele and Marina were also very attentive and made sure that my new husband and I ate and had drinks all night long (as so many couples don’t even get a chance to do so at their own weddings). The food was great and we had numerous people comment that they enjoyed it. The venue is beautiful and I would definitely recommend it.

Oh my goodness! Where to even begin? Deer Creek was on my list of “must visit” places when I was picking a wedding venue because my parents got married there 35 years prior. I had seen pictures of how beautiful the waterfall area was, but seeing the venue in person showed that the pictures didn’t do it justice. It’s incredibly beautiful! And not just the outdoor space. The Key West room, where cocktail hour was held, was gorgeous, & the ballroom was to die for! But that’s just part of Deer Creek’s magic. The real shining star is the staff, particularly Gisele, Banquet Manager of Events. Y’all, I can’t even begin to say enough about this woman! She made every single wish I had for my wedding come true. And she has the patience of a saint! I must’ve emailed her 20 times the week before the wedding asking for minute details here & there. And despite having events every day that week, she answered all of them quickly & so sweetly. Plus she made sure I ate on the day of the wedding, which I can never thank her enough for. I can’t thank any of the staff enough! Marina was there to help me with whatever I needed on the big day. And Stephanie took care of all the logistical stuff. With everyone’s help and expertise, they pulled off the absolute most perfect wedding.

After seeing Deer Creek’s reception room and hidden outdoor oasis, I didn’t have to look any further for the perfect wedding venue! The beautiful chandeliers and endless windows made the room feel open and magical. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience – food is delicious, outdoor ceremony area and reception room were just what we were looking for and the staff was outstanding! We met with Stephanie who is truly amazing. Her attention to detail was flawless. The outside area was a beautiful background for the ceremony & pictures. The staff was so so nice and attentive. Absolutely beautiful! Our wedding day was amazing thanks to the help of Gisele and the staff that worked so hard to help make our dream a reality. From start to finish, I had someone available to me for questions or concerns so that the day of the wedding everything went smoothly. We got married on March 10,2018 and the weather was uncertain. Gisele kept in contact with me to keep all of the vendors up to date about whether or not we would move the wedding inside. We ended up getting married outside during a break in the rain and it was stunning. Everyone, including us, LOVED the food! We had the Prime rib of beef, Chicken St Germaine and Salmon as entree options. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t do anything different. My husband and I are over the moon. After viewing MULTIPLE venues in the south Florida area.. Nothing and I mean NOTHING compared to Deer Creek. Their main ballroom completely takes your breath away and gives you the indoor/outdoor feel you would want with having many out of towners. Their price was reasonable per person and we were fortunate to have picked most of their preferred vendors. Best thing is to book in advance since spots close quickly! Gisele was my dream girl. She truly captured our vision and was there from beginning to end. ANYTHING my hubs and I needed, she got. Tara.. There isn’t enough to say about her. She was timely with any questions and at our first meeting she didn’t sit across the desk as most would, she sat next to me making it more personal. The food was spectacular. We chose buffet style and with choosing this there’s always the fear of lines etc. Not here. They have it down to a science. We were fortunate to have great weather on our big day and used the white picket fence as our back drop. I really cannot say enough about how amazing Deer Creek was. For sure one of the best decisions we made!

Our Wedding Day May 2018 was awesome! The outdoor ceremony with state of the art landscaping was breathtaking. The view from the Reception room is just AMAZING. The staff was very accommodating (even helping to bustle my gown) Thanks to the Chef and staff the food was great and the guess are still talking about it. I just had my wedding here last night and it was incredible. Beautiful scenery, incredible reception room and out of this world food and service. All of the little details they put into making your day special is so apparent. Gisele and her assistant Marina were incredible. Wecould not have had the wedding of our dreams without them. Marina was right there waiting on my groom and I hand and foot and made sure the night went perfectly. There are no words for Gisele. From the first day we met her, we knew we were choosing the venue because of her. She made my vision not only come to life, but made it more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. She was organized, creative, detailed and attentive. She was so friendly and made me feel completely special and at ease which is so important on your wedding night. She made sure every part of my night was detailed and on schedule. My perfect wedding is all due to Gisele and Marina. We just had our wedding there (03/10/17 ceremony and reception) and all I can say is that it was more perfect than I imagined. Since the begining everything went smoothly. They made our experience extremely easy. We looked at other places, read other reviews and went to other weddings but nothing compared to Deer Creek and staff. Brigette was very helpful since we walked in there. She would always respond promptly to all my emails. Gisele, the coordinator, was absolutely amazing! She is so easy to talk to and is there to answer any question/problem! Lastly, the FOOD was AMAZING! Wish I could go back in time to have one more plate. THE KNOT…
This review is not for a wedding, but for my daughter’s Sweet 16 which was like a wedding, LOL. Our overall experience was wonderful. On our first visit to this venue, my daughter immediately fell in love with the elegance of the ballroom, the grounds and the great catering director we met with-Brigitte. She had “found” her place and wouldn’t hear anything else about “looking” at other venues we had made appointments with. Needless to say, we returned to book the party and all our communication with Brigitte was excellent. Always promptly returning phone calls, emails and answering all questions we had along the way. She was patient, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail that was important to us was taken made note of so everything can run smoothly on the big day. For the most part, everything went well the day of the party. We had different action stations and the dining room manager, Luc made sure everything was perfect. The head chef, Rene, was very personable and always making sure, my daughter got everything she wanted. Our guest have not stopped saying how beautiful everything was and the food from the reception was exquisite and the drinks from the bar were on point. Thank you Deer Creek for making our princess day a memorable and beautiful one! She was very happy that day and the pictures we just got from photographer captured that happiness and great time she had. Hands down recommend Brigitte and her team without reservation.

Our Wedding was Amazing!
The venue was gorgeous and the staff was fantastic. Brigitte the catering manager, was very helpful from start to finish and also made herself very available throughout the whole planning process. Giselle, Zorahida were our day of coordinators and were so helpful from start to finish. They helped in anyway possible and certainly went out of their way to ensure our day was stress free. The ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner service were well executed. I heard from numerous guests that the waitstaff across the board was very friendly, efficient and the food was excellent. That was certainly our experience as well. We used many preferred vendors Bridgette recommended and they all were excellent. Our wedding was October 8, 2016 the same week hurricane Matthew was supposed to sweep through Broward County. We were blessed to have to storm miss us, Bridgette and Giselle checked in and communicated with me regularly when the outcome was up in the air. I wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you, to all the staff for making our wedding so special!

I want to share …
I want to share my two greatest days of my life. First, the love of my life proposed to me in the most romantic setting that was beyond my wildest dreams, my proposal was in Tuscany, Italy !!!! Wow!!!! My story has just begun. My fiance and I made the decision that we are going to search out our own venue ourselves.We knew exactly what we wanted. We visited 12 venues, and we fell in love with Deer Creek. Brigitte was the first impression of Deer Creek and that first impression was grandeur! We knew we had found our venue and booked our wedding day immediately with Brigitte. Our wedding day arrived, our ceremony was outside on the most picture picture day just at sunset. This facility is absolutely flawless and picturesque!!! The ceremony led into cocktail hour and the reception followed. The staff at Deer Creek have every single detail handled. They were simply amazing! My family members and my guest were in AWE over the venue that me and my now husband had picked. Our wedding day was everything and more!!! Thank you to all that was involved in making our memories unforgettable. Brigitte and Giselle, you will forever be a part of the magic.

Our wedding day …
Our wedding day was so magical and it was largely in part to Deer Creek Country Club and their wonderful staff! Not only were we complemented on the beautiful view, but everyone commented on how great the food was and how pleasant and attentive the staff was.
Brigitte, the Catering Director went above and beyond to accommodate us with all of our needs for the wedding. Zorahida Hodge (Banguet Manager) and Gisele Nikolov (Coordinator) were there on our wedding day and they were the best coordinators! They made sure everything went smoothly and delegated tasks accordingly.

As for the food — we went with the buffet, which allowed us to give our guests 3 entrees to choose from, or they could have all options. We went with the salmon, stuffed chicken, and beef as our protein choices, with rice pilaf and vegetables as the two sides. Every person was extremely impressed with how good the food was.

Overall, I give Deer Creek a 5, and if I could, I’d give them a 10 because our wedding was more than we could imagine and ask for.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST, MOST AMAZING EVER!!! I just got married here on 10.16.16 and had the most amazing time of my entire life! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and it was a great deal due to all that everyone at Deer Creek did. Gisele was absolutely phenomenal attending to my every need our entire wedding day and making sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was comfortable and having a great time, Brigitte was so helpful throughout and made sure all the details were just perfect from beginning to end, and Zora was great with making sure everything ran smoothly and looked perfect as well. They helped me every step of the way and the day of went absolutely perfect!! I really couldn’t have imagined it being any more spectacular! It seemed to be expensive when we were originally selecting our venue but it was COMPLETELY WORTH EVERY PENNY!! I had the most amazing experience with Deer Creek Country club. The facility is absolutely gorgeous, and the personnel made this event out of the box PERFECT! Our wedding day was so magical and it was largely in part to Deer Creek Country Club and their wonderful staff! Not only were we complemented on the beautiful view, but everyone commented on how great the food was and how pleasant and attentive the staff was. Brigitte, the Catering Director went above and beyond to accommodate us with all of our needs for the wedding. I just wanted to say how grateful we were to have all of you be part of our special day. It truly was a dream come true. All of you played such a huge role in our wedding and we want to say thank you for EVERYTHING! We just came back from our honeymoon and are continuing to reminisce on such a wonderful day as well as beautiful people and VENUE! By far the best vendor choice we made for our wedding was having our ceremony and reception at Deer Creek Country Club. The catering manager Briggete, was very easy to work with and accommodating throughout the wedding planning process. She was quick to respond to emails and phone calls and was very straight forward, honest, and informative. My bridesmaids and I used the locker room to get ready for the wedding. It is very spacious, has showers, a fridge/ microwave, and beautiful décor for getting ready pictures. The outside of the venue has a beautiful garden, a water fall, vine draped trellis, and a bridge that can be sued for pictures. The ballroom has high ceilings, beautiful chandeliers, and tall windows that overlook all the landscaping! We were going to hold the ceremony in the garden by the waterfall however it rainedL. We used a room adjacent to the ball room for our ceremony that overlooked the waterfall and garden, and I was very happy with the results. The staff quickly and smoothly transformed that room for the cocktail hour for the guests. The food was AMAZING (we got so many compliments) for both the cocktail hour and the reception. The BEST part about getting married at Deer Creek was our day of coordinator, Gisel. She was SO helpful and made sure my husband, the wedding party, and I had everything we needed (she even offered me the shoes off her feet because my heels where hurting me!) She made sure everything ran smoothly and helped with setting up and taking down all of our decorations.

Honestly the best choice I have made for me and my husband to share our special day. I don’t have anything negative to say. It went as planned I just wish the time was longer. 4 hours went by quickly and I enjoyed every second. The venue and reception was beautifully decorated exactly how I wanted it. The staff always checked on me and made sure I was happy and were always professional. I recommend everyone checking out this spot for their wedding because I’m sure they’ll love it like we did.

Deer Creek is amazing!! The place is breath taking and we were sold right when we walked in! All the staff is great. The food is to die for! We had our rehearsal dinner at their restaurant and it was fantastic. Everything about the place was great. Giselle (day of coordinator) was AMAZING. We can’t express how much we enjoyed having our wedding reception take place in Deer Creek. We had an AMAZING time!! While looking for venues, we knew from the moment we saw the beautiful spacious ballroom and crystal chandeliers that Deer Creek was the one! Not to mention the gorgeous garden and waterfall outside. Giselle (day of coordinator) was phenomenal. She made sure everything was running smoothly throughout the night. She catered to our every need and made sure we always had food and drinks, even while taking pictures during the cocktail hour. Brigitte (catering coordinator) was amazing… she was able to accommodate all our requests. She even went out of her way to talk to the linen company and provide navy blue sashes that would coordinate with our gold chiavari chairs, instead of the organza sashes! Everything was beautiful! All of our family and friends could not stop talking about Deer Creek and the delicious food and service they provided. I could not thank Deer Creek and it’s staff enough for executing my wedding vision perfectly. It was truly a once in a lifetime… dream come true!

We are still receiving compliments about our wedding day. The reception hall itself is drop dead gorgeous. We loved that there’s also an outdoor area for guests to mingle. My husband and I got married a week ago at Deer Creek country club. We only had 1month to plan from NJ to FL. The staff did an amazing job especially Gizele and Zorahida. Since I always panic about everything, they made sure to clam me down. My plan for having a candy bar failed, but Zorahida made it happen by surprise. The food was great according to our guests, since we were too busy dancing to eat anything 🙂 Beautiful place for pictures. I was very satisfied with this venue.

Where do I even begin? I had been hunting for my wedding venue for months on end and finally came time to go visit with Deer Creek (I almost cancelled the meeting because I was so tired of being disappointed) well thank God I didnt. I stepped into this venue and had chills from head to toe, I am a sucker for a good chandelier and this place has tons of them. The venue looks like it is straight out of Disney World, one of my bridesmaids actually teared up when first seeing the venue because it was so pretty. Okay so you get it, its pretty well let me tell you about the staff. When I first booked with Deer Creek I booked the venue with the event coordinator Lisa well about 2 months or less before my wedding I receive an email saying Lisa has resigned. DUN DUN DUN *Brides worst nightmare* well thankfully they brought in Brigitte. Brigitte has been in the event coordinating business for years and it showed. Everybody at Deer Creek was so professional but also caring and sweet. Giselle was the one who ran me through my entire wedding day. I think it is safe to say that this woman is a magician, I would look away for two seconds and then turn back and BAM there is Giselle with champagne and appetizers. My mother was also so happy with Giselle because at the end of the night Giselle actually got my moms car keys and had valet bring up her car and loaded EVERYTHING into the car and my parents didn’t have to lift a finger. I would 1000% recommend Deer Creek to ANY upcoming bride. Thank you so much to all of the staff that made my special day possible!

We just recently had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at Deer Creek and it was a wonderful experience. The venue is gorgeous, and the reception room is unique with its high ceilings, beautiful chandeliers, and french door windows looking out at the waterfall. I am very very detailed, and the staff was always accommodating and professional. The day of coordinators were very helpful and even brought us drinks while we were making our rounds saying hello to everyone. This is really a great venue to have a wedding at, and people were very impressed with all aspects of the venue. One of the first comments from one of my friends was ” love the choice, premier venue”. You won’t be let down.

Not only is it beautiful inside and out, with its gorgeous waterfall view, spacious reception space, beautiful chandeliers, but the service was exceptional! The wedding coordinators, Zorida and Giselle were phenomenal. They catered to us left and right. We were never left without a drink or without food to munch on. Even while we were taking pictures outside during our cocktail hour, Giselle came over and brought us champagne and a plate of hors d’oeuvres. Also, the food was fantastic!!! Everybody loved it!! While looking for a wedding venue in South Florida, I found this little gem in Deerfield. Brigitte, the event coordinator, is wonderful and is very accommodating to ALL of your wedding needs. She is so easy to talk to and was did everything in her power to make sure that we got everything to make the day extra special. The venue is beautiful and feels open and airy with the high windows with view of the golf course and waterfall. Overall, couldn’t be happier! Thanks again!!!
