J.Lo’s Taking Her Sweet Time Planning Her Wedding

…and we don’t blame her! Back in March, the three-time divorcee got engaged to her partner of almost two years, Alex Rodriguez. Most celebrities, as well as couples who were married at our wedding venue in South Florida, have rushed to the altar, eager for their dream wedding. Lopez discussed wedding plans with Entertainment Tonight stating that she and A-Rod are in no rush to walk down the aisle, amidst her busy schedule.1

When asked about the status of her wedding plans, J.Lo replied:

“It’s going good […] I think we have a pretty busy year ahead of us, so you know, we are [taking it slow].

“There’s no rush,” she stated. “We really see this as something that’s gonna be forever, and we’re gonna just take our time and do it right. And do it not rushed.”

However, Lopez has been casually “looking at everything” such as dresses and wedding venues since Rodriguez asked for her hand in marriage, but “only when I have time. Most of the time, I’m working.”

Earlier this year, Lopez finished filming Hustlers and is now preparing for the start of her It’s My Party tour beginning June 7. To add to her list of festivities, she’ll be celebrating her 50th birthday in July, and she’s expecting it to be “super celebratory.”
